The last quarter of my year have been really tough. Sadness came through the loss of two very important and beloved people in my life, and although I am still struggling, I am trying to convince myself that there is a divine plan somewhere. (One of which I have no control over.) There has been sadness and grief and also a huge sense of loss that will never go away. I am just learning how to deal with it. Two things that have helped me to deal with tough situations have been to actively take care of my health and wellness and my new found love for planning and crafting.
In my other world, I am a fitness junkie and I strive to exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle. A lifestyle that I choose to follow because it is good for me, for my mood, for my relationships, for my happiness and because I have full control of my choices and how I wish to live my life. Because we are not perfect and because life happens, sometimes I am not as good with my choices as I should, so I create goals and I try my best to follow my plans. I love checking things off of lists and I love seeing my goals (and accomplishments) in writing. That way I can get a greater idea of what is it that I am doing and what I need to tweak.
This, my dearest planners, is called planning and planning is what we all wanna do, right?
